检查井钢模具属于常用的预制件模具，在生产过程中会根据检查井的规格尺寸来选择钢板的厚度，如果检查井的规格偏小，比如内径为50公分或者70公分的井体，可以选用3mm的钢板来生产，这样做出来的模具产品轻巧便捷，质量也绝对没问题。但是如果生产尺寸较大的检查井，比如内径为1.5米或者还大的井体就必须采用5mm的钢板了，如果钢板太薄的话就没办法保证质量了，所以钢板厚度的选择要看检查井的规格大小。
